. Und es gab auch Leute damals im alten Thread, die vor der Hauptversammlung 2021 die Investor Realtions Abteilung von AMC hinsichtlich dieser Problematik kontaktiert hatten. Falls diese Leute hier mitlesen und diese E-Mails noch besitzen, dann mögen mich diese Leute bitte auch per PM kontaktieren.

Anbei die Antwort von J Merriwether per 24.5.2021 zum Thema Stimmrechtsvollmacht; ist nicht zielführend bzgl. der Suche nach den Aussagen des AA jedoch die "offizielle" Aussage seitens IR.
Folgt man John hier wäre die Teilnahme möglich gewesen; das Problem für viele war/ und ist doch nach wie vor das die Shares in die USA liegen bzw dorthin "transferiert" werden mussten. Das Risiko wollten einige nicht eingehen; w. dem möglichem SQ während der Umsetzung.

As AMC has already announced, the AMC Shareholder Meeting previously scheduled for May 4, 2021 has been rescheduled for July 29, 2021, with a new record date of June 2, 2021.  All stockholders of record on June 2, 2021 will be eligible to vote their shares prior to or at the July 29th shareholder meeting. 
 
AMC will be filing a preliminary proxy before June 2, 2021.  The number of AMC shares issued and outstanding as of the June 2, 2021 record date will be included in Company's final proxy materials filed later in June.  If you own shares as of June 2, 2021, the brokerage firm that holds your shares will provide you with updated proxy and voting information.
 
If your brokerage firm does not allow voting, you can do two things:
 
1)    You will be able to contact our proxy solicitor after the new proxy materials are issued to see if they can confirm your ownership, and if they can, you can vote through them.  The information about our proxy solicitor will be available when we update the proxy materials.  Be sure to sign up for AMC news here:  https://investor.amctheatres.com/resourc...fault.aspx  
 
2)    Transfer your shares to a brokerage firm that does allow voting.

AMC wird vor dem 2. Juni 2021 eine vorläufige Stimmrechtsvollmacht einreichen. Die Anzahl der zum Stichtag 2. Juni 2021 ausgegebenen und ausstehenden AMC-Aktien wird in den endgültigen Stimmrechtsunterlagen des Unternehmens enthalten sein, die später im Juni eingereicht werden. Wenn Sie am 2.
