Man würde sich meiner Meinung für Cinemark entscheiden, wenn man zwischen AMC und Cinemark vergleichen müsste. Habe noch nix gehört, dass die laufende Verwässerung mit dem Deal schon im Kurs ist?
Und was ist mit neuen Ape Shares, welche wieder ausgegeben werden können? So käme man ja zu neuen Kapitalerhöhungen.

"Our board of directors has the authority to cause us to issue, without any further vote or action by the stockholders, up to 50,000,000 shares of preferred stock..."
Das war 2013. Auf dieser Basis kamen die APE, die dann in common stock gewandelt wurden.
Worauf beruht nun
"The Company has 50,000,000 authorized shares of preferred stock, none of which are issued or outstanding as of December 31,
2024 and December 31, 2023, respectively."

Woher kommen diese weiteren 50 Mio preferred shares zu Ausgabe authorisiert?
Im Bericht 2023 steht
"The Company has 50,000,000 authorized shares of preferred stock, none of which are issued or outstanding as of December 31, 2023. As of December 31, 2022, there were 50,000,000 authorized shares of preferred stock, 10,000,000 of which had been allocated to the Series A Convertible Participating Preferred Stock."
Also 10 Mio wurden für die APE genutzt und in common stock gewandelt.
Und trotzdem sind noch alle 50 Mio preferred stock verfügbar?
