Her wish, though unfortunate, has been granted and her account has been permanently suspended. If they had informed us earlier that they wanted their account suspended, it would have been suspended sooner. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, including security, a general deletion of your account is not possible, as explained in detail elsewhere in this forum.
